CASALI Recruitment has an exciting ongoing and permanent vacancy for people with an excellent
telephone manner, enquiring minds and good attention to detail.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700
Or
Part-time to work around school hours.

Duties:

• Making outbound (business to business) telephone calls to gather required market
  intelligence.
• Get the best possible outcome from each call, agreeing next steps which balance
• Use and adapt templated emails to reinforce your calling activity
• Leave pre‐agreed voicemails where appropriate.
• Record and report information clearly and concisely onto ACT databases
  Skills required
• Enthusiasm, energy.
• Self‐confidence, resilience, and tenacity
• Optimism ‐ positivity of attitude and outlook
• Good communication skills / Good listening skills / Articulate & succinct / Good grammar
  and spelling / Good phone manner
• Pay attention to detail and record information with high level of accuracy

• Strong interpersonal and rapport‐building skills
• Ability to rapidly assimilate information, understand it, clarify, persuade and think on feet
• Excellent Time Management
• Enjoy conversing on the telephone and the excitement of influencing others
• Computer Literate and some familiarity with MS Office suite of products especially Outlook
